Miller Buckfire Promotes Four Executives to Managing Director; Firm Also Names Two New Vice Presidents

Miller Buckfire & Co., LLC, a leading independent investment bank focused on complex restructuring transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financing, today announced several promotions.  Effective January 1, 2006, Ronen Bojmel, Stuart Erickson, Sam Greene and Franklin Harris have been promoted to the position of Managing Director, and Jared Golub and Morgan Suckow have been named Vice President.

Ronen Bojmel, Managing Director, joined the financial restructuring group at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in 1999, which was spun off in 2002 to form Miller Buckfire.  Prior to joining the restructuring group, Ronen spent three years as an investment banker in the leverage finance and mergers and acquisition groups of Wasserstein Perella & Co.  He received a B.B.A. from Hofstra University.  Ronen is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and a recent recipient of the 2005 TMA Transaction of the Year Award for a mid-size company restructuring.
 
Stuart Erickson, Managing Director, joined the financial restructuring group at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in 1998.  Prior to joining Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, he worked as an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.  Stuart received an MSC in Finance from the London School of Economics and a B.S. from Georgetown University.
 
Sam Greene, Managing Director, joined the financial restructuring group at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in 1997.  Sam received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. (with honors) from the University of Pennsylvania.
 
Franklin Harris, Managing Director, is Head of the Financial Sponsors Group at Miller Buckfire.  Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Franklin worked for 10 years in the mergers and acquisitions groups of Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette.  He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Applied Biology and a B.S. in Management.
 
Jared Golub, Vice President, joined the Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein financial restructuring group in 2000.  He received a B.B.A. in finance from The George Washington University.  
 
Morgan Suckow, Vice President, joined the Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein financial restructuring group in 2000.  He received a B.S.E. in electrical engineering and computer science from Duke University.
