Harold A. Neu is a Managing Director, the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Miller Buckfire and its affiliates.  Mr. Neu represented the firm during its separation from Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and has been with the Firm since its formation.  Prior to joining the Firm, he practiced law at Debevoise & Plimpton, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and securities law, principally on behalf of leading financial sponsors and their portfolio companies.  Prior to joining D&P, Mr. Neu clerked for Judge Juan Torruella on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  Mr. Neu received a B.A., cum laude with distinction in the major, from Yale College in 1989 and a J.D. from Columbia School of Law in 1992, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a Senior Editor of the Law Review.
