Jeffrey Finger is a Director of Miller Buckfire.  Mr. Finger’s experience includes representing clients across a range of industries in restructuring, financing and M&A transactions on behalf of Amtrol, Inc., Danka Business Systems PLC, Deflecta-Shield Corporation, Dura Automotive Systems, Inc., Eddie Bauer, Fluid Power Industries, Grupo TMM, S.A., Huntsman Corporation, Interstate Bakeries Corporation, Johnstown America Corporation, Lear Corporation, MotivePower Industries, Portec, Inc., Railworks Corporation, The Reader's Digest Association, Spiegel, Inc., and Tronox Inc.  Mr. Finger is a former member of the financial restructuring group of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, which he joined in 2001.  Prior to joining Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, he was an investment banking analyst at Wasserstein Perella & Co. from 1997 to 1999, and John Nuveen & Co. from 1996 to 1997.  Mr. Finger has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan.
