John Bosacco is a Director of Miller Buckfire. Mr. Bosacco has extensive experience advising and executing financing, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring transactions across a wide range of industries. Mr. Bosacco’s transaction resume includes representing Birch Telecom, Border Media Partners, Citation Corporation, CMS Energy, CTC Communications, Dana Corporation, Dana Credit Corporation, Dow Chemical, Exide Technologies, Greatwide Logistics Services, Momentive Performance Materials (senior secured lender), Pacific Crossing Limited, Polaroid Corporation, Stolt-Nielsen, S.A., Stolt Offshore S.A., Targus Group International, United Australia/Pacific, Vulcan, Inc. (Charter Communications), Workflow Management and several undisclosed assignments. Mr. Bosacco’s strategic advisory experience also includes the merger of Browning-Ferris and Allied Waste, the merger of Conversent Communications and FiberNet, the merger of Conversent Communications, CTC Communications and Choice One Communications, the sale of Graphic Controls to Tyco International, the sale of Smarte Carte to Richard Blum & Associates and the sale of American Media to Evercore Partners.
 
Mr. Bosacco is a former member of the financial restructuring group of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, which he joined in 2001 as an Associate. Prior to joining Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, he was an associate at LC39 Ventures during which time he made venture capital investments in the financial services industry. Mr. Bosacco was an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch & Co. and Chase Securities Inc. after graduating from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Comparative Politics.
