Adam Fitzner is a Director of Miller Buckfire. Mr. Fitzner’s experience includes representing Amtrol, Interstate Bakeries, Gate Gourmet, Lenox Group (Term Lender Group), Neff Corp and OSI Restaurant Partners. Prior to joining Miller Buckfire, he was a member of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin’s Restructuring Group where he worked on restructuring, M&A and financing transactions for clients including Aker Kvaerner (Ad Hoc Bondholder Group), American Stock Exchange, Atkins Nutritionals (Bank Group), International Wire Group (Creditors’ Committee), Robotic Vision Systems, Tower Automotive (Creditors’ Committee) and Wickes. Preceding that, he worked on turnaround engagements, financings and distressed business sales for Phoenix Management and on private equity investments and M&A transactions for Glenthorne Capital. Mr. Fitzner has an M.B.A from Cornell’s Johnson School where he was a Park Fellow and has a dual B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Lehigh University.
