Alexander Tracy is a Director of Miller Buckfire. Mr. Tracy’s experience includes M&A, financing and restructuring transactions on behalf of MagnaChip Semiconductor, Dana Corporation, Dura Automotive Systems, EaglePicher Holdings, Blue Water Automotive Systems, Connell Limited Partnership, Pendum Inc., Anchor Danly, Home Interiors & Gifts, Neff Corporation, CTM Group, Country Road Communications, Multilink Technologies, Community Service Communications, Intervu and Cunningham Graphics International.  Prior to Miller Buckfire, Mr. Tracy was a Vice President in the mergers and acquisitions group at Chanin Capital Partners, which he joined in 2002.  From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Tracy was an Associate in the mergers and acquisitions Group at Prudential Securities Incorporated.  Mr. Tracy has BA degrees in Economics and English from Amherst College.
