Elizabeth Abrams is a Director of Miller Buckfire. Ms. Abrams’s restructuring transaction experience includes representing companies and stakeholders across a variety of sectors. Previous transactions include representing General Growth Properties, Inc., Calpine Corporation, American Capital, Ltd., The Pyramid Companies/Palisades Center, Greatwide Logistics Services, Inc., Gate Gourmet, Dura Automotive Systems, Inc., Applied Extrusion Technologies, and creditors to Innkeepers, Mirant Corporation, CDX Gas, LLC, Delta Air Lines, Inc. and Dow Corning Corporation.
 
Ms. Abrams was previously named a “Person to Watch” by Turnaround and Workouts magazine.  Ms. Abrams has a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School and a B.A.S. from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
