Neff Corp. Supplements Disclosure in its Offer to Purchase and Related Consent Solicitation for $230 Million of its Senior Notes

Neff Corp. (“Neff”) announced today that it filed a Current Report on Form 8-K updating disclosure relating to its availability under its senior secured first lien credit agreement. The Current Report on Form 8-K is deemed to be incorporated by reference into the Offer to Purchase and Consent Solicitation Statement dated November 17, 2008 (the “Statement”) distributed to each of the holders of its 10% senior notes due 2015 (the “Senior Notes”) and such holders are directed to review the report and its contents.
 
The Company further announced that a form of the amended and restated first lien credit agreement (the “Amended Credit Agreement”) has been posted on a secure website maintained by D.F. King & Co., Inc., the information agent for the offer to purchase and consent solicitation. Holders of Senior Notes are directed to visit http://www.dfking.com/neff/ in order to view a form of the Amended Credit Agreement and related documents.
 
The offer to purchase and consent solicitation relating to the Senior Notes are made upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Statement and the Letter of Transmittal and Consent dated November 17, 2008. The offer to purchase and consent solicitation are subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions described more fully therein.
