Ronen Bojmel is a Managing Director of Miller Buckfire.  Mr. Bojmel’s restructuring transaction experience includes representing General Growth Properties, Inc., Simmons Bedding Company, Standard Pacific Corp., Foamex, JL French, Autocam, Progressive Moulded Products, Vulcan on Charter Communications, Grupo TMM, Independence Air, Delta Air Lines (Ad Hoc Unsecured Creditors’ Committee), Brokat, Crown Cork & Seal, Telenet, Gilat Satellite Networks, CRIIMI MAE and Avianca.  Additionally, Mr. Bojmel has advised in various leveraged finance and merger and acquisition transactions involving Philip Morris Companies, Inc., Rohm & Haas Co., Imax Corporation, Power Bar, Inc., Washington Homes, Inc., BCP Management, Anvil Knitwear, Nortek Inc., Casino Magic, Keystone Consolidated Industries and Shoppers Food Warehouse Corporation.  Mr. Bojmel is a former member of the financial restructuring group of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, which he joined in 1996.  Prior to joining Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Mr. Bojmel was an agent for aviation security operations under the Consul General of the Government of Israel in New York from 1992 to 1996.  Mr. Bojmel has a B.B.A. (summa cum laude) from Hofstra University.
