Timothy Pellegrin is a Managing Director of Miller Buckfire.  Mr. Pellegrin has been involved in numerous advisory and financing assignments representing clients such as: Simmons Bedding Company, Stallion Oilfield Services, Calpine Corporation, Masspower, Wichita Falls, Desert Power, The American Stock Exchange, Country Road Communications, TeleGuam Holdings, The Beekman Group, BMC Industries, Magnatrax Corporation, Telxon Corporation, Regent Communications, Amkor Technology, Tri-State Outdoor Media Group, Mail-Well, Inc. and Electronics Boutique, Inc.  Prior to Miller Buckfire, Mr. Pellegrin was a Director in the mergers and acquisitions group at Chanin Capital Partners, which he joined in 2003.  From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Pellegrin was a Vice President in the mergers and acquisitions Group at Prudential Securities Incorporated.  Before Investment Banking, Mr. Pellegrin was a Commodity Accountant at Lehman Brothers, Inc. and a Tax Consultant and Auditor for Price Waterhouse.  Mr. Pellegrin received his M.B.A. in Finance (with honors) from Columbia Business School in 1997 and his B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the Boston College Carroll School of Management Honors Program in 1990. Mr. Pellegrin is also a Certified Public Accountant.
